Alejandra Bueno, CEO of R&I Solutions is licensed to practice law in the US (by the State of New York) and in Mexico Lawyer. She is an of counsel attorney at Cacheaux, Cavazos & Newton, L.L.P. in San Antonio, Texas, and working within the energy practice at CCN. Alejandra worked for Texas Governor Rick Perry from 2007 to 2013, as Director for International Business and as the Governor’s Representative in the South Texas Region. Alejandra is Memeber of the NY State Bar,Chair of the Bi-National Energy Committee at the Asociacion de Empresarios Mexicanos, member of the US-Mexico Bar Association, Academia Mexicana de Derecho Energético (Mexican Academy of Energy Law). She serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the San Antonio – Mexico Friendship Council, member of the Bi-National Committee of the Eagle Ford Shale Consortium and Women’s Energy Network. Before moving to Texas in 2000, Alejandra worked in Mexico for several Federal agencies such as the Office of the President of Mexico, the National Council for Science and Technology (CONACYT), and the National Council for Culture and Fine Arts (CONACULTA).
Pilar is a candidate to the National System of Researchers (SNI) at the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT), and a fulltime professor at the Faculty of Law and Criminology at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL), where she teaches the course social and environmental impact assessments in energy projects in the LL.M in Energy Law and Sustainable Development. She is also a consultant in social impact assessments in energy projects in SIDEA, S.C. in Mexico, where she has worked in the elaboration of social impact assessments and social management plans of gas pipelines and solar energy projects. As part of her research activities, Pilar is part of a research project examining the rule of law in Mexico and the challenges it poses to implementing the country´s energy reform by authoring a paper which examines the local impact of energy reform. The book The Rule of Law and Mexico´s Energy Reform is a project of Rice´s University Baker Institute Mexico Center and the University of Houston´s Center for U.S and Mexican Law, in collaboration with the Tecnológico de Monterrey´s School of Government and Public Transformation, The Centro de Investigación para el Desarrollo, A.C. and the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.

JUAN CARLOS ELIZALDE
Juan Carlos is an expert in energy law and public procurements, he has a deep knowledge about Mexico's energy regulatory framework. Based in Mexico City, Juan Carlos is well equipped to assist our every single step and participation in bidding process done by PEMEX, the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), the National Commission of Hydrocarbons (CNH), the National Center of Energy Control (CENACE), and any other pubic agency in Mexico. Juan Carlos has a solid understanding of the entire tender process: from the bidding guidelines to the the preparation and presentation of proposals, the celebration of corporate agreements and its execution, contract termination, and finally, in disputes arising out of the execution of the projects.

MIGUEL ANGEL MARMOLEJO
Miguel A Marmolejo, Ph.D has been working as commercial Notary Public (Corredor Público) since year 2007. He was recognized as one of the youngest commercial notaries in Mexico and by getting the highest grades granted by the Ministry of Economy Office. In practicing law, he has represented international companies in corporate matters, such as Daimler, Toyota, Monsanto, Nuseed, Financial Institutions, automotive dealership networks, among others. In 2017 Dr. Marmolejo was admitted as a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI). Dr. Marmolejo has focused his practice on economics and business opportunities brought by the Mexican Energy Reform. Since then, he is being involved on developing upstream, midstream and downstream projects, clean power ventures and strategic networking with key energy players, suppliers and regulators, including the Mexican Petroleum Institute (IMP). Recently he is being designated OECD advisor in Mexico and accredited as social witness by the Ministry of Energy.
Yisel Varela de Moya is currently the C.E.O. of Access to Energy. Graduate with honors from the law faculty in the National University of Mexico (UNAM), she has specialized studies in the oil and gas industry from McKennan school of Business from Saint Vincent College. Along with the specialization in energy law from the Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas at the National University of Mexico (UNAM). She also has a master's and doctor's degree in tax law from the Universidad de Estudios de Posgrado en Derecho. She has taken part of different interviews of the Energy sector such as “Mexico Oil and Gas 2016” and “Oil and Gas Journal” addressing issues concerning to Human Resources from the Energy Sector. After her postgraduate studies in Law she currently is concluding her MBA studies at the Miami Aden University.
Mark did project management at Peaker Energy, a midstream project development company focusing primarily on the development and operation of “Crude by Rail” assets in early 2013. He also is currently, actively involved in the review and modification of API Standards as they relate to “Crude by Rail”. He sits on 2 task groups under the Crude Oil Work Group of the Rail Subcommittee on Standards. Mark has worked for prominent corporations such as TOSCO Refining and Marketing, 7 Eleven Corporation and Musket Corp, among others. He has a broad wealth of experience across multiple commodities including refined products, crude oil, feed-stocks, and bio-fuels. Within his progressive energy career he has held several leadership roles in supply, logistics, and asset optimization and operations. He has an extensive background in managing and operating energy infrastructure assets such as petroleum terminals, crude transloading terminals, rail and truck fleets, and large retail operations.
Jim's experience in the downstream, midstream, and upstream segments of the oil and gas industry building a reputation of integrity, communication, and candid but fair interaction. Born into an oil family, and learning fuel logistics in the Marine Corps, his first professional experiences were establishing and managing finished products trading for a family owned fuel oil distribution and retail sales company on the Gulf Coast. Jim was subsequently hired away to manage crude and products supply/distribution for a small refiner in Louisiana. The trail led to drilling and development, marketing, and transportation for several independent operators resulting in the discovery of several oil and gas fields. Being exposed to these diversities provided Jim a unique and broad industry perspective, an ability to contribute knowledge and experience to colleagues across a broad spectrum, and the leadership skills to manage the opportunities.
